Organization Fundraising Nights

Does your NSA Naples organization want to hold a fundraising night
at the NOSC Thrift Store?
Organizations hosting a NOSC Thrift Store
Fundraising Event will receive the total of all purchases
made
from individuals
who present the approved flyer for purchases to the cashier.
 

If you would like to hold a fundraising night for your organization, please fill out this application form and submit it online or drop it off to the General Manager at the Thrift Store. Your Organization must be registered through JAG and a Command Recognition Letter must accompany request. If you have any questions, please contact the Thrift Store General Manager at: nosctstoremanager1@gmail.com

Organization Eligibility

  • Organizations must be recognized by NSA Naples through Legal. The Command Recognition Letter must accompany request.
  • Each organization can only apply and participate in this direct fundraising event once per quarter.
  • The organization may not request funding from the Charitable Committee in the same month as participating in this program. 

Application

Availability

  • Fundraising Events will be hosted only on the first and third Wednesdays of the month from 4:30 - 7:00 pm.
  • The NOSC Thrift Store General Manager will maintain a list
    of  scheduled events. Organizations may select a date; however,

    selected dates cannot be guaranteed. 

Process

  • Organizations hosting a NOSC Thrift Store Fundraising Event will receive the total of all purchases made from   individuals who present the approved flyer for purchases to the cashier. 

Advertising:

*The organization generates their own advertising for the event.
Flyer

  • Flyer must be created and provided by the organization for all those shopping at the TS during their event.
  • Flyer must be distributed prior to the event and cannot be handed
    out during the event.
  • Flyer must be submitted along with the application form via email
    or in person to the TS General Manager for approval prior to the event.
  • Flyer must contain the date, time, place of the event (NOSC Thrift Store), and the name of the organization to benefit from the fundraiser.
  • Flyer must contain this text: "Flyer must be presented at the register to the cashier when purchase is made or funds will not be counted toward the final total of the event."
