Cooking with Vera - November Class

Once again, NOSC is offering our monthly Cooking with Vera class. You should have received details to RSVP for the November class via email. If you have not received an email or if you would like to RSVP, please send an email to
Carpool is mandatory due to limited parking. We will need two participants to drive to the class. If you can drive, please let us know the number of passengers you can accommodate in your RSVP. 

Cooking with Vera - November Menu 

  • Brioche with assorted cheese and ham 
  • Grilled and marinated zucca
  • Rucola with gorgonzola cheese, walnuts and pears, garnished with acacia honey and olive oil 
  • Stuffed pasta shells with ricotta, mozzarella, and ground beef. Then covered with tomato sauce and baked in the oven
  • Turkey roll filled with omelette and Italian salami, then baked in oven with a wine sauce
  • Italian carrot salad
  • Potato croquet
  • Panna cotta with lemon bigne
